North Park

North Park is a neighborhood in the City of San Diego. It lies North of Balboa Park (hence North Park), South of University Heights, and East of Hillcrest, and West of City Heights.

University Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard run West - East through North Park, and 30th street runs North South. Many of the businesses in North Park are located on these streets, with University Ave at 30th street being the busiest hub.

North Park has an increasing number of Restaurants and Coffee houses, and a growing arts scene, with Ray Street and annual and monthly events at it's center.

Between Balboa Park and University Ave are most of the beautiful craftsman style homes in North Park, while between University Ave and El Cajon are more 70s style apartments and condos.
