Hotel del Coronado

The Sately Hotel del Coronado has been a San Diego landmark since it was built in 1888.

Located right on Coronado Beach, it combines luxury, a day at the beach, fine dining, and great shopping all in one elegant package.

Ten U.S. Presidents have visited the Hotel Del, along with Britan's King Edward VIII, Thomas Edison, Babe Ruth and Charles Lindberg.

The movie "Some Like it Hot" with Marilyn Monroe had many scenes filmed right at the hotel.

Many local San Diegans come to see the holiday lights on the Hotel Del every December.
