This new restaurant is amazing! We had the roasted panela cheese and the shrimp ceviche as appetizers, and had two different filet mignon recipes for entrees. My husband had the one with brie/chipotle, I had the one with chocolate/cabernet reduction. See the menu on their website for more details (http://www.deliriosrestaurant.com/). We shared a layered chocolate cake for dessert, which had liquor-soaked layer in it, like all of our food, complex and delicious. All of our food was delicious, with beautiful presentation. Portions were generous for a fine dining restaurant - we would have been fine with one appetizer to share, but we were happy we had two to get more of a sampling of the diversity of the menu. This chef has a talent for combining many different yet complimentary flavors to bring the best out of every dish. The service was friendly, professional, and helpful with menu selections/recommendations. While the restaurant seems like it hasn't advertised much yet and was not crowded, after our dinner, we realized this was because they know it is so good, word will quickly spread. |
