Del Sur

I agree! I recently spent the day with my family at Del Sur for an event they were holding. It really looked like the members of the community enjoy living there. I am glad to see a community in San Diego supporting the green effort by implementing solar energy systems on at least 20% of their homes, drought resistant landscaping, tankless water heaters and not to mention gorgeous homes. This is an area everyone should check out, even if you aren't looking to buy right now you can still pick out your dream house.

I've visited Del Sur and it is beautiful. Terrific views! It doesn't feel like a new neighborhood at all because the landscaping seems so mature. And none of that "cookie-cutter" look either; lots of diversity in the way the homes are designed. The whole place reminded me of some of San Diego's great neighborhoods like Mission Hills or Kensington.

Also had the chance to talk to some folks who already live there and they had only great things to say about their experience thus far. I'm just about ready to buy a new home, and when I do I'll be going back to Del Sur.
