Worst retail experience EVER! I was told by their cashier if the $140 spray collar didn't keep my dog from barking they would return our money or we could get an exchange...I had debated upon the purchased until she said this and it was the only determinate in my decision! Well the collar didn't do the job: my little 4 month puggle Chaz actually liked the smell (if he enjoys my feet I should have known he'd like the citrus smell in the collar) What I didn't know was how completely rude and unprofessional the owner was of this store...just goes to show any ignorant thick headed person can open a business. She denied my husband his money back even after he assured her he was told he could get it back...she even called the cashier at home who of course denied it! The ignorance comes from her not even listening to a single word I said when I called her up to confirm we had been told that. I didn't expect her to change her mind about the money all I wanted was to tell her that her employee did actually say that and if she does this to other people too it could make her look bad...but she made herself look bad on her own by talking over me everytime I spoke and telling me she doesn't believe her employee said that..because quote, "we even have meetings to go over this." -whatever that's supposed to prove! I will never go back here when there are plenty of other places where my money is appreciated and the people are more professional.
